Why locals love it
It has always been a meeting place for the lovers but also the elderly, it is a perfect escape from the summer heat, it has a great view on the fort, old stone bridge and a new fancy bridge. Older residents of Podgorica refer to this bridge as Sastavci bridge because the area around the confluence of Ribnica and Moraca used to be called Sastavci.

Why you should visit it
Skaline (“the stairs”) is probably one of the most historic and picturesque site of Podgorica. It is a place perfectly described as peaceful, quiet and in the middle of the city. It is very easy to reach from the center just to get the feeling of an Ottoman period and romantic atmosphere.
Special tip
Watching the sunset from the bridge is quite a memorable thing in the city!!!
