Within walking distance of Pori Market Square you will find the Rosenlew Museum. The oldest building in Aittaluoto is the museum's the crown warehouse of the 1860s. The museum presents the industrial and cultural heritage of the province. Museum focuses on the history and the production of the Roselew company (1853-1987).
Roselew company was a multidisciplinary manufacturer, which produced, for example the Pori Matti heating furnaces as well the steamers. The company legacy is seen in the Finland's business structure throughout today even, survivors know how to go forward. The Rosenlew Museum also has an Ambiente exhibition of Timo Sarpaneva's printed fabrics.
