Husband wife team will & Kathleen, former Blue Bottle roasters. There are 2 locations, the roasters and the bakeshop. I feel the coffee her is taken very seriously but pretentiously. It is the finest decaf i have ever had. And along with the coffees i have been given very valuable advice how to improve my home brewing with the beans.

To taste what great coffee tastes like. And to be educated on what the differences are from water to the beans - and why 5 to 14 days is the optimum age post roasting to grind your beans at your place - so you can make the the same quality at home that you are served here.
