For some (quite obvious) reason Bistro 8 is a synonymum for the most hipster place in Prague district 7. It is nothing pejorative, just friendly information before coming here as some people just basically don´t like drinking from picles jars:-)

Why you should visit it
You can meet here lovely mix of people: students, creatives, AirBnb travelers, freelancers... This place is very simple, austere and small, yet authentic with local vibes. Perfect for lunch, coffee or drink. Or - and that´s my tip - for weekend brunch. They serve very tasty meals and have many options for vegetarians, too.
Special tip
Order "neverending coffee cup" for re-fills. This is not a standard in Czech Rep., in most places you can´t ask for re-fill (or free tap water:-)
