Why locals love it

Eska is a restaurant with a bakery that combines the old and the new. They change seemingly common ingredients beyond recognition. They are re-discovering old methods – fermentation, drying, wood-heating and fire-roasting. The taste a bit different to other restaurants and I love their breakfasts (the bread is excellent).
