First "no waste" farmers market

Why locals love it
It´s a small, friendly event happening (so far) every Saturday (last Saturday of the month is dedicated to a flea market). We have many farmers markets in Prague but this is currently the only one supporting no-waste concept: people are encouraged to bring their own cups for coffee, boxes for cakes, tote bags/baskets for vegetable, etc.

Why you should visit it
It´s the best way how to start Saturday morning. Skip breakfast in your hotel and come here to enjoy some home baked Czech pastry (buchty, strůdl, koláč), drink freshly made juice (from a glass, not plastic cup!), enjoy fantastic coffee and have a great time. This is very local thing so definitely come to check it out.
Special tip
Don´t forget you need to bring with you your own tote bag or backpack if you plan to buy something:) No plastic bags here...:-)
