Why locals love it

Hidden in the middle of bustling Prague, right next to Wenceslas Square, the Franciscan Garden is a pleasant place for anyone who wants to sit down and have a rest or read a book for a while. This small public garden with benches, trees, and rose bushes was mainly designed for relaxation.

Why you should visit it

Get an ice cream in nearby "Ovocný Světozor" (in Světozor arcade) on your way here, grab a spot on one of the many benches and enjoy the oasis of calm that is the Franciscan Garden.
