And what about the public transport? Hah?! :D
Prague public transport its not choice for the poorest people that other people avoid! No! Prague public transport is safe, clean (!!) and punctual! And cheap!
At daytime you can use bus line 100 that goes to final stop of yellow line of metro, or bus line 119 that goes to stop "Nadrazi Veleslavin"- green line C of metro.
Each goes every 20 minutes!
At night take bus line 510 that goes to centre (stops: I.P. Pavlova or Charles square - in czech Karlovo namesti). It goes every 30 minutes!
Ticket for the fare is 32 CZK !

There is possibility to use Airport Express as well. It goes daily in daytime (6:30-22) every 30 minutes and goes directly to Main Train Station. The price for ticket is 60 CZK.

you stay in the most funny hotel in Prague? :D Before the Hotel is metro station "Želivského", its green line A(sorry for mistake in previous post - green line is "A"!). Take a bus no 119 and at the final stop ("Nadrazi Veleslavin") take metro in direction "Depo Hostivar" and go 11 stops to stop "Zelivskeho (Želivského)" In daytime it takes 45 minutes whole ride!

Second choice is use the Airport Express: get off at the final stop at the Main Railway Station and look for trams. Take tram number 5 or 7 or 26 and go 7 stops to station "Zelivskeho". BUT! It should be little bit problem to find the tramway station from the bus station. The railway station area is quite big and chaotic ;) And the ride from an airport takes 45 minutes as well!

Last tip ;) : the ticket for public transport (that costs 32 CZK) is valid 90 minutes! If you would like to use public transport during your visit Prague, buy the day ticket that costs 110 CZK and is valid 24 hours, or 3 day ticket (valid 72 hours) for 310 CZK ;)
