My personal recommendation is Pepř a sůl: https://www.tripadvisor.cz/Restaurant_Review-g274707-d10226588-Reviews-Restaurant_Pepr_a_Sul-Prague_Bohemia.html According to tripadvisor this one is the best (Number 1) in category Czech cuisine - Prague restaurants. Unfortunately its not located in centre of Prague!
