Because there are mirrors on each side which make the space incredibely deep and high at once. It is little bit difficult to describe it as the best way how to understand the whole priciple is to see it on your very eyes. Enjoy!

Meet Factory

It's a unique reused old factory squeezed between a motorway and an active railroad in Smíchov district - so it's not that easy to get there as the closest tram stop is across the railroad, but it's definitely worth it to give this place a chance. The sound in this club is extraordinary and the parties are mad usually.

If you are a fan of modern, progressive art, this should be one of your next stops. I highly recommend to shoot a video here, it is very difficult to describe or capture the whole mechanism. Kafka´s head is the latest art peice of slightly controversial artist David Černý. Very nice and playful addition to this otherwise sleepy square.

This stone bridge is (if you, again, forget about other tourists) really romantic, although the history of the bridge itself might be slightly frightening. For the reconstruction were used tombs of the proffesors of one cancelled college in Prague (17th century). From the same century come also the most of the statues, except of 3 originals.

During a day some people like to come to work here, enjoy coffee, while in the evening it is a great lively place where you can meet friends, have drinks while walking around nooks with designers´ items - clothes, souvenirs, cosmetics, decorations... You can touch, smell everything, nobody admonish you. Very nice concept. Highly recommended.
