The running tour lived up to my expectations. Radim is an excellent tour guide and he will adjust your running routes based on your interests and what you have already seen in the city. My run was 7 miles and we saw pretty much the entire city. I also got to try some wild cherries since they are in season in June. I would recommend booking an early morning tour because there are no tourists on the street yet. This is a great way to see the city!

Highlights

Explore Malá Strana and Kampa Island with a friendly local

See Prague’s top sights while keeping fit

Run along the banks of the Vltava River and across the Charles Bridge

Pass by the beautiful Prague Castle (if time allows)

I am a female solo traveler, and have signed up for morning run of "Instant Prague running tour" of 7-10K for 50-70 minutes. I am a weekend jogger, never logged more than 6-7K in a speed of turtle. Comparing with the other running tours, I chose his for feeling slightly less intimidated by the guide Radim's profile online. And, he was!! Despite showing up on time, he started profusely apologizing for being "late" as he had to drop off his daughter on his way to my hostel. In fact, we stopped by her elementary school to say her hello, which was so sweet & personal and I could tell how great he must be as a father. Since it was my first morning in Prague, we have done a loop to get a glimpse of all major sightseeing points, which gave me a great idea where to return during my stay later. He was extremely informative of historical & cultural facts, good ice-cream shop, beautiful running path, and just good local tips in general. I was very comfortable in his company, and could not believe we had logged in 10K at the end of the tour! It was the easiest & most fun way for the longest distance I have ever run. Yes, we had frequent stops to admire sights, but still! It was great way to explore this magical city when still undisturbed by tourists, in a company of sweet local runner, and to burn calories in advance for beers later! Highly recommended!!!
Highly recommended.
What a great concept. I had limited time in Prague on a business trip but wanted to squeeze in a run. I was looking online for a route and found this running tour and decided to do that instead. Radim was the perfect guide - the route took in many of the famous sights and some not so well known ones well before the streets were busy and I got a history lesson too.
