Hello and welcome to Prague!
My name is Sona and I'm a co-founder of CityQuester - an interactive sightseeing treasure hunt game in Prague. It's been a year since the idea of a fun sightseeing tour in a form of game came up to my mind. And now our small team is running three tours around Prague City Center.

Our quest-tours let you discover hidden gems of Prague while playing an exciting treasure hunt. You will walk through the city guided from a smartphone, receive puzzles and fun challenges and get historical insights.

I'm sure you will get just as passionate about our kind of exploring the city as we are!

Looking forward to meeting you in Prague and ... Let the quest-tour start! :)

Description

Solve puzzles and perform creative tasks on your way through the historical Old Town. Wander the narrow medieval streets and uncover clues. Whether travelling alone or with family and friends, this scavenger hunt is the perfect way to explore Prague.

I’ll meet you in the heart of the city, give you the instructions, and provide you with a SIM card and a city map. The experience is mostly self-guided. You’ll receive different questions and clues as you make your way through the city searching for answers and completing challenges. Along the way you’ll get to know historical characters, legends, and stories.

This scavenger hunt takes you to often-overlooked sights and through less-travelled parts of Prague. The total distance is 4 kilometres, and every 300–400 metres you’ll find a new checkpoint and a new impression! On the way you’ll pass 12 sightseeing points.

You can choose to compete with other teams for the fastest time, or you can take a more leisurely route to explore the local history. No matter how you complete your journey, you’re sure to discover Prague from a different angle.

I’ll be waiting for you with a little surprise at the end!

The best way to get around Prague
I was looking for something fun that would show my boyfriend and I the main landmarks and places before exploring on our own. This was beyond amazing! Sona welcomed us and Julia gave us the instructions to learn about history and Kafka. We knew how to get places without maps after this activity. I highly recommend it of you want to truly feel like a local
Amazing and very fun
This was a fantastic experience. This was our first trip to Prague and this tour allowed us to see Prague in a fun and informative way. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic way to explore a new city
We had a wonderful time. The tour is led using a messenger boy of Franz Kafka, who gives you directions to work your way around the city, stopping at a number of different sites and features. At each occasion there will be opportunities to hear stories or answer puzzles to ensure that you are really looking around. This includes a number of hidden pleasures that we simply wouldn't have been aware of, let alone able to see, without its help. Done against the clock in the hope of a prize at the end provides a sort of da-vinci code-esque race through the history of the city, which goes by really quickly and yet doesn't for a moment feel rushed or like you have missed out.

We both had an amazing time, on this quest and also the one in the Lesser Town a couple of days later. Would highly recommend it to anyone, and we are already planning our next holiday based on where more of these can be found!
