Pacari is an Ecuadorian brand created in 2002. Since then, they have been awarded in the International Chocolate Awards in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 as one of the best Origin Cocoa in the world. They make 70% to 80% dark chocolate bars, although they also mix with local ingredients.

Why you should visit it
This is a good chance to know the diversity of Ecuadorian cocoa and the multiple possibilities that you have with a good chocolate. On the other hand, this is a way to support the Ecuadorian growing industry of chocolate, although the 80% of total cocoa production is still exported only as fruit.
