This is one of the most traditional eateries of Quito since 1953, founded in the Central Market. Their specialty is the preparation of corvina fish served with rice, but also they prepare good ceviches and "banderas" , a mix of seafood with rice. Many locals come here everyday.
This is a very traditional spot and one of the best ways to taste the real authentic Ecuadorian seasoning and flavors, prepared by locals and eaten by locals. This is not a touristic eatery, it is a real place with good prices and dishes.
