In the last years, the trend of producing craft beers is wining fans, although it represents less than 5% of beer industry. The Navarro family have been living in this 400 years old hacienda for several generations. This estate served as a lodging for Franciscan monks during Colonial times. It is an oasis in the middle of the dry Equatorial Zone.
