Why locals love it
You read correctly, it's a Phallological Museum and houses the world's largest display of penises and penile parts. This little museum is the brainchild of an penile collector from Húsavík and recently moved its valuables to the capital. This weird little museum has over 280 specimens, even a human one.
Why you should visit it
With over 11.000 visitors last year - reportedly majority of women, the museum has become a touristic landmark in Reykjavík. It's a result of 40 years of collecting and the curator has managed to collect specimen from every mammals!
Special tip
Make sure you check out their collection from trolls and elves. Not everyone have the ability to see them, of course.
