Reykjavík “Free” Walking Tour
Deeds (Disa?) was terrific. Tour was great.
Reykjavík “Free” Walking Tour
A terrific introduction to Reykjavik and Iceland
We loved this tour -- learned about history, language, customs, popular culture. Thomas was great about answering questions. The "free" designation is good marketing. I suspect it attracts more patrons who happily fork over money when they experience the high quality.
Reykjavík “Free” Walking Tour
Spectacular day visiting glacier, waterfalls and more
We did the South Coast Tour, an action-packed tour to glaciers, waterfalls, a black beach and so much more. Lots of chances to hike, walk and gaze. Our driver/guide David (anglo version of his real name) was charming and full of wonderful stories and personal stories that made the day even better. Good to go on small bus. Loved this day and will do a second tour with Geoiceland this week.
Iceland South Coast Day Tour from Reykjavík
Excellent South Coast Tour
The South Coast tour guide was well organized, well informed (a native of the islands off the south coast), and kindly. The Mercedes minivan was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend Geoiceland for the South Coast tour.
Iceland South Coast Day Tour from Reykjavík
Amazing - once in a lifetime experience.
Just completed the GeoIceland tour of the South Coast! It was amazing!!! Our guide, Thor, was brilliant and able to offer us a huge amount of knowledge on Iceland and each stop we had. I have done other tours however this one was by far the best, it felt more relaxed than the to other tours and we were able to spend the perfect amount of time at each stop. 100% recommend it!!!

Reykjavík “Free” Walking Tour
A must!
Were. only in Iceland for 2 days and we are so glad we did the golden circle day tour. Very informative, punctual pickup and have incredible photos of our whirlwind trip.
Grand Golden Circle Day Tour from Reykjavík
Great small group tour with Geoiceland
We did the Golden Corcle tour today with Baldwin. The pick up and drop off were efficient and smooth. Baldwin was an excellent tour guide giving us lots of interesting information and when and where stops would be . Thankyou to Baldwin. We got to Gulfoss before lots of big buses which was great . We really enjoyed the trip and would recommend it highly . Forget those big buses. It was worth Paying a bit more and getting the personal touch. The added bonus it doesn't take ages to get 19 people off a mini bus, so you don't waste time at the stops .
Grand Golden Circle Day Tour from Reykjavík
Terrific Tour and Great Guide!
My two sons and I took the Golden Circle tour with Sif, from Geoiceland Day Tours, and we were surprised and delighted by the experience. We were surprised by the fact we were given lots of time to tour a site on foot, not just from the window of a van. That really made the tour our own! Our experience of Iceland was therefore much more complete. We were delighted by our guide's (Sif's) passionate and compassionate manner telling us all about Iceland, its geography, its history, its people, and its beauty. We all could tell somehow that her talk along the way was far more than some rote speech. And she was funny, too! And the luxury of being picked up at our rented apartment... so nice and prompt! A great day's venture with a great group for touring.
Grand Golden Circle Day Tour from Reykjavík
Excellent Trip
I went on the Golden Circle tour and had a great time. Siggi our guide so informative and such a nice man. The stop off points were well spaced and we were given the perfect amount of time in each spot – we even had time to look at horses !! This was a great tour & good value – I would recommend his tour and company to any visitors to Iceland.
Grand Golden Circle Day Tour from Reykjavík
Amazing!
This day out was genuinely one of the best tours I have ever been on. Our guide Siggi expertly combined humour with being informative. The stops were just the right length to allow us to appreciate the amazing natural beauty of Iceland.

Reykjavík “Free” Walking Tour
Very informative.
Would have preferred a smaller group, but was very informative and entertaining at the same time.
Reykjavík “Free” Walking Tour
Well worth booking this, especially if on a short break in Iceland
Johannes was entertaining, informative and just a nice guy. Pace of the tour was good, and his knowledge of Iceland's history, culture and economic development was comprehensive and pitched to us at just the right level. Would definitely recommend these tours as a great way of learning much about Iceland in a short time - Johannes was also happy to answer individual queries and signpost us to other places of interest. We laughed a lot. Good stuff.
Reykjavík “Free” Walking Tour
Great tour!
Don't miss this tour! It gives you a good idea of your surroundings especially when you first arrive in Reykjavik. Guide was funny and entertaining.
Reykjavík “Free” Walking Tour
Reykjavik great free tour
We did this free walking tour on the 7th March.Tomos our guide was very well informed and knowledgeable on the history culture and current affairs of Reykjavik and Iceland in general. He was very entertaining and kept things light but still got the important facts over. Definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to get a good locals view of the city. We gave a moderate tip but noticed many people on the tour legged it at the end without giving any tip. Come on guys considering the cost of everything in Iceland 1000Krona isn't much for two hours of great infotainment.
Reykjavík “Free” Walking Tour
Great local info
An informative and fun tour round Reykjavik - thanks so much Jo. Your humour was great and much appreciated, local info and little snippets are always so much better than the sometimes more formal tour guides and we love this system, having used it in other cities before. Thoroughly recommend this.
