Description
The VIP tour begins by Hallgrímskirkja Church. Your guide should be easy to find in front of the church by the statue of Leifur Eiríksson. Please be there 5 - 10 minutes before the booked time slot.
The tour has a capacity of 10 people at most, making it very easy for you to fully interact with the guide the whole time.
We anticipate to be around 2hrs on foot or so. Covering the most important landmarks, narrating the history and architecture of course! Additionally there are topics of culture, about food, vikings, elves, economy and politics. After the walking tour we sit down in a charming restaurant and enjoy the lunch, Icelandic meat soup (also vegetarian option available) which is included in the price and very yummy and filling. Questions are very welcome and expected to further boost the conversation. We will also recommend various places to visit afterwards or in the following days!
The walk is very easy foot and ideal for families with children. It is wheelchair accessible but please let us know in advance if that is the case so we can provide you with additional information if necessary.
