Part of what is called the Torņa Street Republic, Cartel is not what the name might suggest, unless the first thing you think of is cocktails, as that is what they do and are good at. Sister bar of the Shot Cafe next doors, Cartel offers a more laid back atmosphere, suitable to enjoy a crafted drink in the basement of the old Czar era barracks.

Why you should visit it
Now one thing is the cocktails(classic and some of their own inventions), but what they are known for is also organising music events, parties with DJs and even stand-up comedy nights during weekends. Prices are more than fair and if you're looking to get a serious bang for your buck, don't miss the lucky hour.
