Dēkainis (adventurer in Latvian) is yet another great addition to the Āgenskalns bar/cafe scene and also has a boutique hotel in the same premises. Motorcycles and travel are the main themes and every Thursday they hold an event where travellers share their stories and experiences, a thing you won't find anywhere else in the city.

Why you should visit it
This is not your usual tourist filled ""on-the-top-of-a-hotel" kind of place, you'll feel more like at home, if your home had a roof terrace and beer on tap. Time seems to pass slower in Pārdaugava so there's no rush, just sit back, surrounded by the treetops and plot your next adventure.
