Hi,

Of course you are, not a problem. You can go to any bigger Rimi shop, Stockmann in the center will work as well and Riga Central Market will give you very vast options, or other grocery stores that are bigger ones - Maxima, Sky, Prisma. There will be a fresh meat section and you just go up to the shop assistants there and ask how much from which meat you'd like to have.

Oh, sorry, I just realised you asked about cold not fresh meat, but the same story applies for cold meat and cheese - just go up to the section in the store and ask for what draws your attention. In some Rimi shops you will have "Lauku Sēta" section where you can get selected stuff straight from local farmers not the mass production. One like that is in Spice shopping Mall Rimi.
Yes, you can get even few slices. Sometimes you can get a bite to taste free of charge, even in the supermarket. Just ask!

Thank you so much
In main grocery chains like Rimi, Maxima and others, those products are available precut and also on demand quantity.
