It seems this is true about Andrievs Jansons, the owner of Raunas Dārzs. They opened as a small farmers grocery store in a quiet Riga neighbourhood and now they have people coming from all over the town and buying boxes of eclairs. More than 20 different kinds of eclairs are made of organic ingredients from their own farm or other local farmers.
