The full tour around Riga was very informative on the historical, cultural and modern life of the city and of Latvia in general. Aurels is very knowledgeable and is passionate about sharing with others. He was very professional, friendly and easy to communicate with. He asked me beforehand whether there were any specific places that I wanted to visit. This tour was by car and therefore is especially recommendable to those who may not be able to do a lengthy walking tour. I recommend Aurels. You won’t be disappointed.

Art Nouveau Tour with a Knowledgeable Guide
Liga guided us around Riga in a very comprehensive tour of its Art Nouveau buildings. She even managed to get us into a wonderful building with a stunning set of murals depicting day and night (that was worth the price of admission alone!). We are great fans of the Art Nouveau era but still found much that was new and exciting during this vibrant tour. Highly recommended!

A fabulous Riga Tour with Alvils Purics on the 16/06:18
What a fantastic idea, your very own personal local tour guide! Alvils certainly wasn’t your run of the mill guide, prior to our arrival he asked whether we had any specific ideas as to how we wanted the tour to go. Well, he certainly listened and created a beautiful taylor-made journey making our stay in Latvia a brilliant experience. Christine is a train enthusiast so really appreciated a visit to Tornakalns station and it’s history and I marvelled at the history of the architecture through the centuries. He produced some very informative maps and literature which helped give us a realistic and clear idea of Estonian. We felt at ease asking questions and nothing was too much trouble. If you hope to visit Riga this is definitely the best way to absorb the culture, history, geography, economics and so much more...... it was so special to have a proud enthusiastic young man to show us around. Thanks again Paula and Christine, St Albans, UK
