You`ll start the tour with visiting first skyscraper of Riga - Latvian Academy of Sciences with the 17th floor platform (included), from which you'll admire the best views of Riga.
Near to it you`ll make a stop at brightly painted Orthodox Church of Annunciation.
Once home to large Jewish population Jewish Ghetto of Riga during WWII subjecting inhabitants to forced labour, starvation and violence. Now quarters are run down, but they are still part of history.
After that – stop to see Sarkanā kalniņa market square, which is still flanked by Omnibus (Horse Tram) depot.
You`ll be guided to site of Great Choral Synagogue. Although the colossal edifice no longer exists, it’s thought-provoking to see what remains of this place of worship and to recall events of 1941 when hundreds of Jews were killed.
Time to admire churches of various styles and denominations - Lutheran Church of Jesus, Grebenshchikov Old Believer Church, Catholic St Franciscus Church and Orthodox St John The Forerunner Church.

In the end your guide will take you to ‘’Latgalīte’’, mix of classic flea market & thieves market.
