There are bookstores, and then there is this little English-language bookshop, tucked down the magical Via del Moro in Trastevere, that is truly a gem. Lovely to have a wander in, the shop is very well-stocked, and the owners are happy to recommend a great new read. They can also order anything you can't find there directly.

Walking into Almost Corner is like walking into another century. Cozy, warm, and stacked high with books, if they served coffee, I would never leave. The owners are always happy to chat about their favorite titles, make recommendations, and find whatever you are looking for. Fellow book lovers, they won't mind extensive browsing!

On a sunny day, wander around Trastevere, pick up a book here, and then grab a coffee at one of the many cafes with outdoor seating that are nearby.
