Why you should visit it
An absolutely beautiful basilica. Unlike most of the attractions in Rome this is not so packed with tourists. You can admire great mosaics and some tombs with skeletons and skulls on. The ceiling is just breathtaking.

Strategically located near Termini station. Be aware that the rear doors are shut: don't walk away! Do a lap and you will see that it's open
