What a fantastic tour we received! Our guide was an archeologist and she took us through the Colloseum, walked through the Forum, up through the heart of Rome to th Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain covering thousand of years of ancient and modern Roman history along the way. Our 10-year old's still talk about the Colloseum and how it was their favorite part of their visit to Rome. It was hot in July, but our tour guide made sure to get the coolest places to stop and rest, see the best sights and understand Rome in a way we couldn't have on our own. Best of all, the tour was the exact right amount of time (~3 hours) and not one of those all-day overwhelming slogs through a destination. Highly recommended!

My GF and I signed up for the "Colosseum and Gems of Rome Semi Private or PrivateTour." It was awesome. There were only 4 of us in the tour group and so we had the guide all to ourselves. On that point, I want to point out that she was excellent. She was an archeologist who actually had experience in the antiquity digs and her English was excellent. We took our time as we went from the Colosseum to other areas within walking distance. It was a true history lesson from this very knowledgeble guide. I hope that if I ever return to Rome, that I will be lucky enough to have a guide such as her. In one word, this tour was Awesome.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our Colosseum and Gems of Rome Tour on Sunday, May 31. Our guide was Eva, an absolutely adorable and knowledgeable young lady. She met us exactly where she said she would and off we went to the Colosseum across the street from the meeting point. Eva is like a walking encyclopedia with facts shared in a delightful way. Then we walked on through the Forum, past many antiquities with an added history of WWII influence in Rome. As we walked to the Panthenon we learned even more about the history and architecture of Rome. We ended the marvelous tour in Piazza Navonna with many tips for restaurants and further sights to see. I give this tour and this tour company my absolute highest rating!
