My name is Giulia, I am from Venice originally but I have been in Rome since 2008. I love food and craft beer other than meeting new people. Gianmarco is from Rome. He loves cooking and craft beer too. We decided to put together our passions...
It will be a 6 course dinner depending on what ingredients we will find at the market that day.
Everything will be fresh and seasonal - top quality ingredients only.
Each dish is accompanied by a different beer style (Blanche, IPA, APA, Saison, Pils, Stout, Lambic, Kriek, Barley Wine and many more...)
Appetizers
* Octopus with reduction on polenta: Tripel Beer
* Shrimp pancakes with mustard: Rauch Beer
First Courses
* Seafood Risotto: Sour beer made with apples
* Linguine with pears, pecorino cheese and pepper: Sour
Second Courses
* Roast pork with cream of ginger: Brown Ale
* Anchovy pie with raisins, ginger olives: IPA
Desserts of the day (Homemade by Gianmarco's mother): Imperial Stout
