In the Jewish Ghetto, you’ll hear about the many atrocities that occurred during the Nazi occupation in WWII. We’ll then walk to Campo de Fiori, a popular spot for tourists, which was the site of many public executions.

Very knowledgeable guide, and an interesting tour
We met Michel near the Pantheon and were pleasantly surprised to hear his very clear american accent (he is 100% Italian !). He has a very broad knowledge of history in general and engages in any questions etc. He brings life to many areas that you would otherwise not notice if walking around as a tourist. This is (mostly) a tour of what was considered criminality by a catholic regime (e.g. Galileo) so don't expect a history of gun running, mafia, hit-men etc.
Amazing & Unique Tour!!
We had such a great time on our tour with Michele!! He’s an extremely knowledgeable and friendly guide. I highly recommend taking this tour. We learned so much about the crimes and the history of Rome. It’s truly a unique experience that you won’t find anywhere else. We loved it! Thank you Michele.
Excellent tour!
Really interesting and entertaining tour. Michele is knowledgeable and passionate about his city and his subject.
Criminal tour of Rome
This is a wonderful way to see parts of the City. Fiona is extremely knowledgeable, full of enthusiasm and gave us a series of real stories at various sites of political murders, ancient Roman intrigue, and high society manipulation . You will also be shown interesting bits of architecture and historical snippets along the way. It isn't so much criminals, and should maybe named Martyrs and Murders. Great fun way to see the city from a different angle.
