Escape Rome for a day on this tour to the medieval town of Sermoneta, Caetani Castle and the Garden of Ninfa.
Enjoy a short train ride with the help of our hostess and reach Sermoneta, one of the best preserved medieval towns in Italy. You will learn more about its great history, art and culture by visiting it’s famous castle of Sermoneta with a local expert guide.
Afterwards, enjoy a special lunch in a typical local restaurant. Once finished the break, you will reach the beautiful Ninfa garden, which has been described as 'the most romantic garden in the world. Admire its 1300 plant species, the small glittering waterfalls, the huge gunnera, the bamboo forest, the flowering cherry trees, the pastel-coloured irises and the California poppies.
Return back to the starting point by train.
