We rarely/never book group type tours. This one seemed appealing and for some reason we chanced it. The meeting location time and location were very specific and the directions were easy to follow.
Our tour guide, Martina, met us promptly and professionally. She also shared historical and architectural information about the location. Then we walked to the nearby Restaurant/Cellar. We were surprised that it was so significant. We first toured the cave and explored the authentic historical beautiful rooms of the cave. We stayed there to share and aperitif and become acquainted with our intimate group of six.
The dinner was top notch Italian flair with wine pairing that was superb. there was comfortable conversation and sharing of travels along with tips! Many great ideas for places to eat that thing that you will not find anyplace else. Martina made the entire evening enjoyable.
