You do not need to be experienced in cooking since me and the local professional chef will guide you through the hands-on process. It is a perfect experience for seasoned cooks, amateurs and even children who will love to knead the dough. It is not just pasta making, we will prepare also two different kind of sauces one with tomato and the other with…it is a surprise, according to the season.
We will meet two and half hours before the meal so to have time to prepare our fantastic lunch or dinner, according to your preferences. To break the ice we can start with an Italian aperitivo. According to the season we can start with a glass of red wine, better when it is cold outside or a glass of white wine or Prosecco!
Once you have relaxed it is time to learn how to make pasta from zero. Step by step we will guide you to do all by yourself, from mixing the flour, kneading the dough, preparing the sauces and so on. Not just one kind of pasta but two: ravioli and fettuccine!
