The name of the school was changed to the Rovaniemi Women's Industrial School. The law provided detailed instructions on training and state aid operations.
Hand-craft culture was founded through the schools activities and started with weaving, later it expanded into other crafting industries. Nowaday the house is a get-together place for elderly people and events. The House can be reserved for occasions and parties.
