Lapland's Music College
Why locals love it
Music education began in Rovaniemi in 1949, the Lapland Music College, have been around since then. The College is located at the City Theater, the door is next to the main entrance of the Theater. Nowadays, the Lapland Music College provides basic art education in accordance with the extensive music and dance curriculum for all age groups.

Why you should visit it
Lapland Music College is a regional music school run by the City of Rovaniemi. In addition, to its headquarters in Rovaniemi, there are some lectures held in Sodankylä and Pello. In 2018 (September 20, 2018), there were 594 students in the college. College works closely with the Lapland's Dance Art Institute.
