Why locals love it
Rovaniemi's public transport is focused on the City Center to Ruokasenkatu, all buses leave and return to the Central Station. The buses loop from the central into the suburbs of the Rovaniemi and head back, the way might have some changes according the workers and students needs, these are marked at the schedules in Rovaniemi's web page.
Why you should visit it
All schedules are available through Google Maps and in Rovaniemi's web page. The aisles are also separated by the area they are going to, some routes share the same aisle so be aware of the changes. Schedule is basically scheduled to exchange at the Ruokasenkatu, there's two buses traveling as counterpairs to each other and meat at the middle.
