Rovaniemi's Church is one of the most known monuments in the city center, the rebuild to the old ones neighbor, church was built 1951. In the nearby area there's two tiny cemeteries, one for soldiers that died in 2 WW and the regular cemetery. There's few statues on the area as well a botanic park around Kirkkolampi.

Why you should visit it
The park has winter maintenance, in winter you may ski around the park area. In summers there's botanic flowers as well ducks, seagulls and other birds. There's also activity park for kids and skating ring provided during winter.
