Why locals love it
The pink house on the hill is one of the oldest houses at Rovaniemi. Built in 1910 this building served as a Rail Way Workers living buildings. Historically restored and saved houses are located along side the road E4 where the rail way was located before.
Why you should visit it
There is a wide range of decorative items available. The emphasis is on textiles, but the range also includes plenty of old looking items. In addition, the owner does interior design and various sewing tasks related to decorating. Also keeping the house lived the owner is preserving the cities historical site.
