In the Snowman World, you can also skate on the ice rink. With the same entrance fee you can admire the spectacular ice sculptures and visit the Ice Restaurant and Ice Bar.
Why you should visit it
The area has protected biodiversity since 1938, when the Pallas-Ounastunturi National Park was established. In 2005, a new and magnificent Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park was built on its foundations and the Ylläs-Aakenustunturi Nature Reserve. The National Park has three year-round nature centers. There's sight road travelling through the park.
