Why locals love it
The Old Side of the Op Bank is also one of the building that survived from the war. Its beautiful architectual marker. Lapland's War, 1944-1945, destroyed almost all buildings in Rovaniemi. Only 10% survived from the bombings and German retreating technic. The whole city was burned to the ground and bridges were demolishes.
