Interesting cultural center with a café and a bookshop. The atmosphere is bourgeois, though. And it's not the cheapest place. What is free is the wonderful terrace upstairs with a view of a bay. There is a cinema club which shows national and world classics also.

A good place for a romantic date. Close to the bus stop and a municipal bike station. Wonderful view from the terrace, big images of Brazilian cinema classics on the walls. The bookstore is one of the best in the city.
