Me and my friend attended the plov making class where we learned to make plov. We had a great session with the very friendly guide who brought us to the house of the chef and his wife who taught us how to cook beef plov. The chef could speak some basic English and was fluent in Russian and Uzbek language whilst our guide acted as the translator. Besides plov, we were also served appetisers, desserts and lots of vodka. A good experience!
