Why you should visit it
It's no Brooklyn Bridge, but its quaintness and the solace it provides from the urban sprawl is comforting. The canyon and greenery it overlooks is very scenic. It's a great spot to stop on a bike ride in and around Balboa Park. Also a romantic spot for pictures and long late night talks.
