The interior is gorgeously ornate, but the clientele is everyone from Chinese grandmothers to hungover couples and local families. This spot is less rolling carts (though they have those too), but mostly ordering from a menu, which gives you an opportunity for super-fresh dim sum consumption.
Dragon Beaux stands out because it provides a balance of old school fare with modern touches, but not over-the-top trendy. Get the BBQ pork bao (the crust is sweet & gooey), and the Five Guys Xiao Long Bao, which offers five different soup dumplings including crab with turmeric, spinach, and squid ink.
Get there right before 10 when they open.
