Not only the major urban park in São Paulo, it's a cultural complex. It has a large area for leisure, running, skating and walking, as well a museums, the Biennale Pavilion and an extraordinary music hall. It's an important part of the city life, very often compared to the American Central Park or Ueno Park, in Tokyo.
It's an architecture masterpiece (some people may disagree), designed by the genius Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer. Host of São Paulo Fashion Week and São Paulo's Biennale, among other important museums such as Oca, it's a delighted place if you want a bit of art and culture, practice sports or just take a break and relax on the green grass.
