Actually, this is a spot locals usually just walk through without taking some time to enjoy its beautiful view over the Anhangabau and to the City Hall and Municipal Theater. Even if São Paulo is cloudy the Anhangabau is nice to look at - it's a green spot amongst the gray concrete jungle. The Municipal Theater and the City Hall are also great buildings. Plus, the overpass is taken by a culture mix: street artists, businessmen and people selling (probably) stolen goods are just some examples of what you might find there
Even though the view and the photos might get better at dusk, maybe it's better to avoid going there alone at night - it might not be very safe
