Why locals love it

Actually, this is a spot locals usually just walk through without taking some time to enjoy its beautiful view over the Anhangabau and to the City Hall and Municipal Theater. That's a great pitty, because it's simply one of the places in the city you can get the most culture and architectural sights of

Why you should visit it

Even if São Paulo is cloudy the Anhangabau is nice to look at - it's a green spot amongst the gray concrete jungle. The Municipal Theater and the City Hall are also great buildings. Plus, the overpass is taken by a culture mix: street artists, businessmen and people selling (probably) stolen goods are just some examples of what you might find there

Special tip

Even though the view and the photos might get better at dusk, maybe it's better to avoid going there alone at night - it might not be very safe

It´s a place in downtown São Paulo with metro stations and many atractions like museums (CCBB SP/ Caixa Cultural/ Red Bull Station, Sesc 24 de maio/ Farol Santander) and the famous Galeria do Rock (If you like rock and roll, please, visit this place to buy t-shirts, cds, dvds and lps of rock and roll bands). Viaduto do Chá is not to safe for tourists. Avoid show cellphones, money or talk with strangers.

It's a postcard from São Paulo. Don't recommend night tours as it can be dangerous
