Whiskey cocktails, pork product, charred wood, and a view of Pike Place. What's a Seattlite not to like? With an extensive whiskey list, a rotating list of barrel-aged cocktails, and a menu full of tasty meats and seasonal veggies, this is a hard place to take issue with.
Why you should visit it
Their bourbon margaritas, or one of the myriad whiskey cocktails they serve. Try the Showgirl, a whiskey/amaro concoction inspired by the strip club across the street. Also try the crazy meat specialties, like the beef lip terrine in mustard sauce or the smoked pig's head (reservation required, but definitely worth it).
Special tip
The smoked pig's head sounds crazy, but is worth the adventure. A great item to split between 2 or 3 people.
