Piața Huet is located right on the border between the Upper Town and the Lower Town. It developed on the place of the first hilltop fortification in Sibiu. Historically, it was the religious square of the medieval town. The square is centered around the Evangelic Church and it also features the Brukenthal German High School.

Piața Huet is one of the three historic squares that create a valuable urban ensemble in the center of the Old Town. Here you will find the medieval remains of the first fortification of the Old Town, the Evangelic Church, the Brukenthal Lyceum, and the Guilds House - these are the oldest buildings in the city center of Sibiu.
Go up the tower of the Evangelic Church - it is the second tallest tower in Transylvania (73 meters high). It has a beautiful view of the old town.
