The restaurant uses many local products from small producers as ingredients and they have a seasonal menu. Both chefs are reinterpreting local cuisine, especially old shepherd recipes from Southern Transylvania.
Why you should visit it
The small restaurant has a really cozy atmosphere. The place was renovated by the owners themselves and they put a lot of work in bringing out the old style of the building and creating a nice atmosphere.
Try the "Bulz" as well as the redesigned "Ham-cock with beans".
