Why locals love it

There's a wide range of Japanese food from sushi to sashimi and even Japanese pasta. The salmon aburi is probably the yummiest sushi EVER. Great sauce and blow-torched salmon which melts in your mouth – it's really good. And the tofu cheesecake is worth trying too!
