Description

Singapore has a colonial history. But the original purpose for the buildings that the British built has been spruced up and re-purposed Singapore style.

For example, the National Gallery was the Former Supreme Court and City Hall and today in the National Gallery. It houses the world’s largest public collection of Singapore and Southeast Asian art.

The Former General Post Building at Fullerton is now a 5 Star Hotel, The Fullerton, where we will stop for some drinks at the Post-Bar.

Follow the history-buff Alan as he brings you along the colonial sights and sounds of Singapore.
